This is a licensed residential care facility for Adults (ARF). Licensed for 6 clients. All male facility. Licensed since 2000 as Woods Residential. Ages 18-59. Licensed by Community Care Licensing/ Department of Social Services. We have 24-hour live-in staff. Conditional use permit is not required on 6 beds. We are selling both the building (house) and the business. Clients are with Conditional Release Program and Supervise Treatment and Release. Once business and building have been purchased you need to become to administrator to the facility immediately. Then I will continue to hang my license on the wall until your license has been approved. This is a 4 bedroom and 2-bathroom house. New windows, new roof (withing 2 years old). New AC installed 2 years ago. House has been well taken care of.
