Admission is free, and the format is the same each week: food, drinks, and artisan vendors set up first, then the stage takes over around seven.
The lineup swings genre by week. A recent Thursday, for example, opened with a 6:30 PM performance from La Cultura Ballet Folklorico, followed by Sangria Band at 7 PM playing Latin and old school hits. Bring a lawn chair. The regulars do.
Two things make this event work better than the average summer series. First, it is genuinely walkable from downtown. Second, it recurs on the same weeknight for five straight weeks, which means you can build a Thursday routine around it rather than treating it as a one-off outing. Compare that to a typical single-weekend festival and the difference is the ability to actually get to know the vendors.
There is also the 2nd Annual Music & Arts Festival the city hosts at the same Civic Center lawn earlier in the year, so if you have been to that, the Thursday setup will feel familiar.
Weekends Move South To Dos Lagos
Once Thursday wraps, the center of gravity shifts about ten minutes south to the Dos Lagos Lakeside Amphitheater at 2780 Cabot Drive. This summer's booking is heavier on tribute acts and country than in past years, and the shows are stacking up close together.

If country is not your thing, the same complex hosts Saturday morning Cars & Coffee Corona starting at 7 AM at 2780 Cabot Drive, which has become the default weekend meet for anyone who has ever spent a Saturday wiping down a fender.
The reason Dos Lagos has become the summer weekend anchor is not the amphitheater alone. It is that the shopping side of the complex keeps the pre- and post-show hours occupied. Grab dinner, walk over, walk back for a drink. That kind of anchor is unusual for a suburb of Corona's size, and it is doing more work than people credit it for.
The Bedford Marketplace Effect
The third leg of the summer map is the newest, and it is why the south end of Corona feels different than it did two years ago. Bedford Marketplace, the open-air center at 3941 Bedford Canyon Road just off the Cajalco Road exit of the 15, has been filling in tenant by tenant.
The current roster reads like a south Corona wish list:
- Amazon Fresh, the anchor grocery. The 35,000-square-foot store at 3941 Bedford Canyon Road opened with 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily hours and has essentially replaced the Trader Joe's run for a lot of Eagle Glen households.
- Starbucks, Everbowl, Roll-Em-Up Taquitos, Quick Quack Car Wash, and Kiddie Academy, which is the group Live Bedford lists as the current tenant mix with more on the way.
- Luna Grill, the fast-casual Mediterranean chain, with a 1,700-square-foot location under construction at 3915 Bedford Canyon Road, Suite 103. Corona was confirmed as the first site in the brand's 2026 pipeline, with a February opening target.
- Keke's Cafe and Ike's Love and Sandwiches, both incoming. Leasing records show both are expected to debut soon in the same stretch, near the gas station and gym end of the property.
The reason to care about all of this if you already live nearby: the drive to get a decent weeknight dinner used to route you either up to Dos Lagos or over toward the 91. It no longer does. That is a genuine change in what a typical Tuesday evening looks like on the south side.
For context on how fast this side of town has been changing, the marketplace pitches itself around the Eagle Glen Golf Club and the Bedford Masterplan housing projects, with biking and walking trails connecting the golf course to the center. The pieces make more sense as a system than as separate items on a calendar. Thursday is the free, walkable, downtown-Corona night. And the whole thing is bracketed by a south Corona daily-life anchor at Bedford that did not exist in this form three years ago.

The other thing worth pointing out is what this cluster does to south Corona's identity. For years the neighborhood was described in terms of what it was near: close to the 15, close to Dos Lagos, close to the OC line. This year is the first time it has enough of its own draws that people from Eastvale and Norco are driving in on purpose. That is a small shift on the surface and a large one underneath.
